Combine Cranberries, Orange Juice, Sugar, and a small sprig of rosemary in a pot.
Start on high heat until cranberries start to burst.
Simmer on low for 1 hour
Puree and store in the refrigerator. It freezes well if you don’t use it all in one night.
Fill your copper cup with ice. Add a tablespoon of purée, aquavit, and ginger beer.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.
Repeat until everyone has a cup!
