North Shore Radishes & Butter

Here’s a sneak peak at one of this summer’s new appetizers – a North Shore take on the classic Radishes & Butter.


2 Bunches of Radishes
1/4 lb Soft Goat Cheese
1/4 C Dried, Sweetened Cranberries
Sea Salt
Baguette, Sliced and Lightly Toasted


Combine radishes, cheese, and cranberries in an electric mixer (use the paddle attachment).

Mix on low speed until combined. Add chives salt to taste.

Spread on baguette and serve! Delicious.
