The upper level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and ensuite bathrooms. One of the rooms is an open loft with balcony.
Lower Level - Bedrooms 3 & 4
The lower level has a sitting room, walk-out patio, and bathroom. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and another with twin bunk beds.

In the 2-Bedroom Timber Townhome the lower level has a single bedroom with a queen bed and set of bunk beds. 

The 3-Bedroom Timber Townhome has an additional bedroom on the lower level with a queen bed in one and the bunk beds in the other. 

There is a full bathroom on the lower level.
Main Level - Sleeper Sofa
The living room on the main level has a sleeper sofa.
