Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.
A deposit equal to a one night stay plus tax and resort fee is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards will be charged immediately. The deposit will be applied to the final night stay. We will charge your credit card for the full amount of your balance at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be held financially liable.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded the deposit, minus a $50 booking fee. For cancellations less than 72 hours before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations over the internet via email.
Beacon Pointe Resort does not allow pets.
Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a resort service fee. All prices and information are subject to change without notice. Holiday stays require a three-night minimum and are calculated on the Holiday season rates.
Rates do not include state and local tax or resort amenities fee (8%). The amenities fee covers seasonal amenities such as complimentary movies, Wi-Fi throughout resort property, copies & faxes, library, games, bikes, area maps, and other resort activities.
