Check-in is at 4PM. Check-out is 11AM.
A deposit equal to a one night stay plus tax and resort fee is required to confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Credit cards will be charged immediately. The deposit will be applied to the final night stay. We will charge your credit card for the full amount of your balance at check-in. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be held financially liable.
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded the deposit, minus a $50 booking fee. For cancellations less than 72 hours before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations over the internet via email.
Grandma’s Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled 30 days or more prior to Grandma’s Marathon Weekend arrival date will be refunded less a $50 cancellation fee. For cancellations within 30 days of Grandma’s Marathon Weekend arrival date, the full first night’s stay plus tax & service charges will be non-refundable.
Beacon Pointe Resort does not allow pets.
All rates quoted are subject to all local and state taxes and an 8% service fee. Rates are also subject to change without notice. The 8% service fee covers seasonal amenities such as complimentary snowshoes, popcorn, s'mores, Wi-Fi services, bike rentals, self-service laundry, lobby refreshments, communal grill, and other resort activities.
Rates do not include state and local tax or resort amenities fee (8%). The amenities fee covers seasonal amenities such as Wi-Fi throughout the resort property, copies & faxes, library, games, bikes, area maps, and other resort activities.
