Road trips provide freedom you don’t get with other forms of travel. When you drive yourself, you can travel at your own pace and stop whenever the moment seizes you. If you’re in the car with loved ones, you can pass the time with games and conversation that make the trip just as fun as the destination. When you have your car with you, you can set off from your destination and take in sights off the beaten path. Compared to air travel, you trade the security lines for rolling open country while listening to your favorite music.
