Check-in is at 4 PM. Check-out is 11 AM.
At the time of booking a deposit for the amount of one night’s stay plus tax and fees will be charged to your credit card. This deposit will be refundable, minus a $50 cancellation fee up until 7 days prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be held financially liable.
East Bay Suites is not responsible for any lost, forgotten or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed to the owner there is a minimum fee of $10.00 the recipient will be responsible for.
Cancellations made 7 days or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 booking fee. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, deposits are nonrefundable. Christmas/New Year’s reservations are non-refundable after December 1st. If canceled prior to that, the deposit is refundable minus a $50 booking fee. We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations over the internet via email. PrePay & Save Cancellation Policy - Reservation payments are final and cannot be refunded due to cancellation. Reservation cannot be modified after payment has been made. Fisherman’s Picnic Cancellations made after July 1 for stays during Fisherman’s Picnic will forfeit the room deposit.
- Cost: A $30 per day charge will be added to your room for up to 3 days.
But this fee is cut in half if you book our Pooch Package!
- Availability: Not all room types are dog-friendly. Availability must be confirmed at time of reservation.
- Policies: Dogs brought into non-pet rooms will result in a minimum charge of $250+tax for the infraction of the policy.
- No iguanas (or other pets): Our pet policy is limited to dogs, and any other animals brought into a pet or non-pet suite will be subject to a minimum penalty charge of $250+tax.
- Pets will be attended at all times.
- Pet owners will clean up after their pets.
- Pet owners will be responsible for any pet activity or noise which interferes with our other guests.
- Allergies: Please let us know if you are allergic to pets and we will ensure your stay is in a non-pet friendly suite (based on availability).
Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a resort service fee. All prices and information are subject to change without notice. Holiday stays require a three-night minimum and are calculated on the Holiday season rates. Rates do not include state and local tax or resort amenities fee. The amenities fee covers seasonal amenities such as complimentary movies, Wi-Fi throughout resort property, copies & faxes, library, games, bikes, area maps, and other resort activities.
- Credit Cards – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Midweek Stays – Midweek rates apply to reservations Sunday – Thursday except for holidays or for reservations that include Thurs/Fri or Sat/Sun.
- Weekend Stays – Weekend rates apply to both nights for reservations that include Thu/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun. All weekends require 2 nights, except during holidays when 3 nights are required.
- Holiday Stays – Holidays require a 3-night stay; each night calculated at weekend rates. No coupons or discounts apply during this time.
We do our best to accommodate any room requests. However, we do NOT guarantee a specific bed size, location, or specific suite number. We do guarantee a specific room type, i.e. One Bedroom, Two Bedroom, Three Bedroom, Studio Etc.
