Deposit
A deposit of one night’s rate is required to confirm and hold a reservation.
7+ night stays require a 50% deposit.
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Cancellations
For cancellations made 14 days or more before a non-holiday arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a $50.00 booking fee. For cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, the deposit is nonrefundable.
We cannot accept cancellations due to weather, or via e mail. Grandma’s Marathon reservations will be refunded minus a $50.00 booking fee if canceled before April 1st and are non-refundable after April 1st.
Smoking
All units are Non-smoking.
Weekend Minimums
Peak season weekends are a 3-night minimum.
Holiday Minimum Stays
Holidays require a three-night minimum. No coupons or discounts apply during this time. Fourth of July, Labor Day, and MEA weekends are a 4-night minimum.

Some cabins are dog-friendly. Please call for reservations and details. Pet reservations cannot be made online.
Cabin Occupancy
To help provide a relaxing atmosphere around the resort, the number of guests per cabin is limited to four.
All cabins are equipped with towels, linens, cooking utensils, dishware, and flatware.
Rates & Fees
Rates do not include state tax (7.375%), county lodging tax (4%), or resort amenities fee (8%). The amenities fee covers seasonal amenities such as high-speed Wi-Fi throughout resort property, copies & faxes, library, games, bikes, area maps, cable TV, and other resort activities. All rates are subject to change.
