3 pan-fried blue lump crab cakes topped with a spicy pear puree, on a bed of heritage spring greens, tomato confit, with white wine lemon butter.

Smoked Salmon Baked Penne $24
Fresh wild-caught smoked Alaskan sockeye salmon, baby peas, basil, roasted garlic, shallot, Parmesan cream sauce. Covered and baked with smoked Provolone and fresh herb butter.
