Room 113 features grab bars near the toilet and in the shower.

Deposits

A deposit equivalent to the first night’s rent plus taxes and fees will be charged at the time of reservation.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are forfeit for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival. A book-keeping fee of $35 will be charged to cancellations made prior to 72 hours of arrival.

Cancellations must be made via phone. Cancellations due to weather will receive no refunds or credits.

Reservations made through 3rd parties (Expedia, Booking.com) must be canceled on the site you originally booked with.

Dog Policy

Some of our rooms are dog friendly – please call for availability.

The pet fee is $35/day with a cap of $105 + tax. 2 dogs maximum.

Undisclosed pets will be charged $150 and guests may be asked to leave the property.

Dogs must be kenneled if left alone in the room.

Occupancy Policies

The maximum occupancy of our rooms is also determined by the State of Minnesota. Exceeding the maximum number of guests is grounds for immediate eviction without refund. Children under age 2 do not count toward maximum occupancy. Housing additional guests is not permitted.
