The Transition Lounge

At the heart of the Sauna Village is the Transition Lounge—a quiet, restorative space designed to prepare your body for heat and help you fully absorb calm afterward.

Before sauna, guests are encouraged to arrive early to settle in with comfortable seating, soft blankets, hydration, and gentle aromatherapy. After sauna, the lounge becomes a space for intentional recovery with reclined seating, stretching mats, and a curated sound menu delivered through noise-canceling headphones. This space is an essential part of the experience, allowing heat to transition into rest and renewal.

Saunas by North Shore Sauna
