Deposit Policy

At the time of booking a deposit for the amount of one night’s stay plus tax and fees will be charged to your credit card. This deposit will be refundable, minus a $50 cancellation fee up until 7 days prior to arrival. Guests are responsible for any damages and will be held financially liable.

Missing/Lost Items

Lutsen Sea Villas is not responsible for any lost, forgotten or stolen items. If forgotten items are located and requested to be mailed to the owner there is a minimum fee of $10.00 the recipient will be responsible for.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 7 days or more before non-holiday arrival will be refunded the deposit minus a $50 booking fee. For cancellations less than 7 days before arrival, deposits are nonrefundable. If canceled prior to that, the deposit is refundable minus a $50 booking fee. We do not accept cancellations due to weather. We do not accept cancellations over the internet via email. PrePay & Save Cancellation Policy - Reservation payments are final and cannot be refunded due to cancellation. Reservation cannot be modified after payment has been made. 

Rate Policies

Rates quoted are per night and are subject to state tax and a resort service fee. All prices and information are subject to change without notice. Holiday stays require a three-night minimum and are calculated on the Holiday season rates. Rates do not include state and local tax or resort amenities fee (8%). The amenities fee covers seasonal amenities such as complimentary movies, Wi-Fi throughout resort property, copies & faxes, library, games, bikes, area maps, and other resort activities.

Request Policy

Though we do our best to accommodate requests we can guarantee a villa type, but not a specific villa.

Housekeeping Services

Our housekeeping services are designed to provide a comfortable and eco-friendly stay. We do not offer daily stayover services as a standard, but we are more than happy to accommodate your needs if you require this service. Please contact the front desk to arrange this service.

• Replace used towels left on the floor
• Bed Linen change every 3rd day
• Vacuuming of floors
• Taking out trash

Please note the following:

• Same-day service requests should be reported to the front desk by 10 am to allow our housekeeping team to adjust their schedule and accommodate all of our guests.
• All pets must be kept in a crate or out of the room for this service to be provided. Rooms with unattended pets will not be serviced.
• If personal belongings are left on furnishings (beds, couches, etc.) or countertops, our staff will not move these items, and therefore, housekeeping services will be limited for those areas. This is especially true for items left on beds, as our team cannot make the bed or perform any requested linen exchange.

24-Hour Maintenance Service is available upon request; please call the front desk.

Water Conservation

In an effort to conserve water, please hang your towels and reuse them during your stay. Thank you for helping us protect the environment.
