Hatha Yoga

The 75-minute Hatha Yoga class is intended for beginners, with optional intermediate poses for students who are comfortable with them. The class will begin with a brief talk reviewing what the class will include, followed by an intention setting meditation before moving into yoga poses. The sequence of the poses intends to circulate energy throughout the body. Several poses will be held for 7 breaths as we breathe through the 7 major chakras. The class will wrap up with a sound bath during savasana, and close with a meditation.
