Take a step back from modern life and reconnect with the art and aesthetics of simpler times. Our cottagecore workshops create a hands-on experiences that teach you the traditional skills and crafts of cordage making, basket weaving, and herbal tea blending. Led by local makers and educators, these classes let you slow down, reconnect with nature, and immerse yourself in handcrafted creativity.

Cordage Making with Dana

Craft your own cord from natural fibers.

9 AM – 10 AM, $20 per adult, $15 per child

Dana — Forage, Fiber & Hide

Dana is an outdoor enthusiast, naturalist, and lifelong learner who finds joy in exploring and connecting with the outdoors. With more than a decade of experience as both a formal and informal educator, she is passionate about helping people discover new skills and deepen their relationship with the land. In 2020, Dana began her journey into weaving with locally foraged wild materials, combining her love of nature, traditional crafts, and sustainability.
